It's not about stealing pictures and not about stealing OC's. It's about using "scene creator programs" and third party assets. Roblox (and Roblox Studio) are "software where you arrange pre-made assets", which is not allowed in the rules.
If you made these models from scratch in an appropriate 3D modeling software (like Blender), it wouldn't be removed for instance. The problem is the software you used (Roblox), which use these "pre-made assets" that you didn't modeled yourself.
Oh, my bad i didn't notice it, and i'm so pretty sorry about it.... But thanks for the info 😓😓

I didn't expect it, but i didn't steal pictures from someone else because in deviantart i'm UnknownCuteLoafPink and those characters are mine (they are my roblox ocs)
